I am an investor in solar (from Belgium), more specific in LDK (NYSE) (and others).
What I have seen the past 1.5 years is a massive manipulation of shorters and naked shorters in LDK (NYSE)and other firms.
This is a casino, not an honest investments climate that the economy comes to good. The trust in the system is away. The SEC has in this a crushing responsibility.
It is your responsibility to put in the uptick rule urgently and to examine LDK (NYSE). Greetings of a disillusioned Belgian investor in the present american system that chases the honest investors.
Stop to protect the thieves with the white collar.
