In support of the "above bid short selling rule."
Hello, I am a relatively new investor, but I've listened to quite a few pros on the subject of Naked Short Selling.
I am not a finance sophisticate, but I know enough to know this practice is extremely prone to abuse and likely being exploited and abused by hedgies and organized crime and sophisticated crooks the world over. Their worst nightmare would be to reinstate the uptick rule.
It makes a lot of sense to me, and seems to level the playing field for those companies trying to use the capital markets for the advancement of their business.
Do the right thing, reinstate the uptick rule.
