Dear Chairman Shapiro,
Subject: In support of the "above bid short selling rule."
In response to the SEC soliciting commentary on the matter of the Uptick Rule (above bid rule) and short selling, I would like to express my support for an immediate re instituting of the above bid rule. I am an investor and feel rogue traders are illegally short selling and causing havoc in the markets. Please act quickly on behalf of the citizen investor.
