The uptick rule Seemed to be ok. Let's reinstate it.
It is my understanding the rule was removed because it wasn't effective ??? If you want to improve on it and make it more effective increase the uptick to 10 cents.
It is a good thing the SEC can't get rid of sun light because I'm sure from their point of view it isn't effective either.
A bid test is just another way of doing nothing.
