Dear Chairman Shapiro,
I am a high school math teacher of 23 years and my wife is a retired first grade teacher. We are average Americans who are small investors in the stock market, like millions of hard working citizens. Please help us by making the playing field fair. Please bring back the Uptick Rule with your "above bid short selling rule". Our first grandchild will be born in early September and we are worried that he will not have a future that we once enjoyed.
