I strongly urge you to adopt new rules regarding selling stock short. I am just a small investor, but when combined with the many other individuals in the market, we provide the capital that companies need. When we buy stock, companies are then able to expand and hire more employees.

I am sensing that the capital markets are skewed in favor of computer trading. This is especially harmful when they are able to short a stock continually lower. I am in favor of the above bid short selling rule. Otherwise, computer programs can drive a stock price lower than fair value. Unless this rule is changed, many individuals will discontinue investing in U.S. markets.

Please support the above bid short selling rule.
