Please enact the above bid short selling rule. I struggle to keep up with medical bills by swing trading small caps. Since the abolition of the uptick rule I have been forced to sell companies that are fundamentally sound, and should perform nicely over a period of time. Illegal short selling, dark pools, ultra quick trading, and especially the lack of an uptick equivalent rule are terrorizing the markets. This is obvious to everyone that truly works the market.
