Sir:
How LONG is it going to take to STOP the short trading from outside our country, and to put the uptick rule in place?
The naked short selling and manipulation in the markets by our own government ( Plunge Protection Team ) has GOT to cease
WHY does the SEC turn a blind eye to these happenings ?
Most know the answer to that question GREED payoffs and total disregard for the welfare of others.
Please DO your job, and stop these practices immediately.
