Dear Ms. Chairman,
Please stop all forms of naked short selling. It is destroying the small cap companies as the hedge funds and naked short sellers pound the bids. They should be sent to prison. The SEC is allowing this nefarious practice. If you (SEC management)do not stop it, you should be sent to prison as well for fostering an immoral investment climate, which should be illegal.
Many thanks, and I hope you guys finally get a grip on the criminal activity the markets have become. It is a very sad statement on the morality of the United States of Amercia.
