You need to make this permanent and market-wide. Illegal naked shorts are killing a major rally-simple fact. Day traders have and are killing the integrity of our economic system. You still are allowing OTC Derivatives to be sold. By now we all realize that these toxic assets are continuing to prevent a recovery. Please regulate to save our system Reinstating a forceful uptick rule is a major step in the right direction. Thank you.
