I am a retail invester. I see the otc and pink sheet markets being manipulated on a daily basis by the market makers. I believe they drive the price of most stocks down by manipulating the price. They short sell the stock down and control the ask by selling shares that they do not own or did not borrow(NSS) which dilutes the equity that i have in a company.Like conterfite currency.I sugest that stocks should not be shorted unless they are over $5.00 a share.I believe that my stock should not be loaned to any one with the intent on lowering my stocks value. I believe that most retail investers on otc and pinksheets lose thier equity not by bad companys but by manipulation,as in what Madoff was doing.The sec needs to start regulating otc and pinks.The sec also needs to ban all shorting of stocks under $5.00 for a period of time to deterim the affects on the market.I hope that somebody reads this and acts accordingly.
