If the uptick rule is not reinstated, there will eventually be mass lawsuits from the people to the SEC, it is obvious the market is being mass shorted with no end in sight, listen to Mr Cramer, there is trillions still at risk.
The whole world of stock markets is up today, and the U.S. was up the same percentage... but with NO UPTICK RULE, the pro's hammered the U.S. markets back down
IN THE LAST 20 MINUTES, THE DOW WAS UP +250 AND WENT TO FINISH AT +149.
