The up-tick rule must be reinstated immediately.
The naked shorting rule must be enforced.
We must stop the stock market from being a casino manipulated by unscrupulous people who can gamble without even having to first buy the chips! Good companies are driven to ruin and good investors lose life savings to engorge the profits of those who can drive down the price of a stock just to make a profit and without having to first put up the money to do it!
I urge you to take these actions immediately.
