We are average investors - my husband is in his 70's and I am in my 60's. We feel , along with
chairman Bernanke, that the repeal of the uptick rule has been DISASTROUS for our retirement
savings. Please reinstate the uptick rule, if only temporarily, to see if it helps calm the market.
We need the bleeding to stop.
