Dear Chairman,
It is official the head of the New York Stock Exchange says the SEC MUST do something about the "Uptick Rule" immediately. Our markets and country are in crisis, and two items sticking way out are the "Uptick" rule and "mark-to-market" accounting. The uptick rule is simple. We've had it since 1938, and lost it in 2007. Put it back. NOW.
