Dear Chairwoman: We urgently need your action to ban massive short sales by hedge funds and others. These are destroying the market, making it extremely volatile and driving down all of our personal investments, including the funds in 529 plans for college savings. Please act on this immediately. Many financial experts have been calling for these rules to be reinstated and time is of the essence. Thank you. Holly Mathews
