Dear Chair,
Many of us have been seeing our pension plans beaten to death because the short sellers are able to beat down the bank stocks without mercy because there is no up-tick rule in place. They boast about it on the business channels on T.V.
Would you please re-instate the uptick rule to help the small investors have faith in the system? Soon Please.
