Removing the uptick rule was a huge mistake!!! The lack of the uptick rule is aiding short sellers to unfairly profit from and at the same time destroy our U.S. companies. They are also destroying the value of longterm stock holders' portfolios. I urge the SEC to restore the previous uptick rule or update it and then place that into action. I will urge my Representative to support Ackerman's new legislation regarding the uptick rule. Thank you.
