As a tax payer and an investor, I want to beg you to ban short selling on financial stocks until the economy is able to stabilize.
No private investors will move back into the market when they know that their investment can be driven into the ground by lies and manipulation.
The SEC needs to investigate CNBC and their anchors for their constant rumor mongering which they try to pass off as fact.
You also need to, once you allow short selling of financials again, the uptick rule.
Your inactivity is a major contributor to the demise our economy is feeling.
