I have been involved in the securities business for 35 years.something is terribly wrong. Some entity or entities are gaming the system to conduct bear raids. I don't know how they do it, but I am seeing selloffs especially in certain sectors that as they are occuring look like the russians have invaded M anhatten!please restore the uptick rule ENFORCEMENT and ban these gimmicky double your pleasure short selling etf's. thank you and good luck restoring confidence.
