The whole world of stock markets is up today, and the U.S. was up the same percentage... but with NO UPTICK RULE, the pro;s hammered the U.S. markets back down to up a bare minimum, while the world equities are all up 2-3% ? DONT YOU SEE THAT THE PROS ARE KNOCKING THE US SHARES DOWN EASILY WITHOUT THE UPTICK RULE
IT IS SO OBVIOUS, PLEASE DO SOMETHING BEFORE YOU RUIN THE ENTIRE MARKET
