The SEC needs to protect investors instead of protecting gamblers. Please reinstate the UP TIC rule, stop the selling of naked shorts, and eliminate ultra short ETFs. These practices have destroyed investors, retirement funds, and individuals who can "gamble" with their assests. Please give us a even playing field.
