Dear Ms. Schapiro:
Congratulations on your appointment and confirmation.
I urge you to reimpose the uptick rule for all short sales, impose mandatory pre-borrow for all short sellers and securities, and to enforce vigorously rules against naked shorting. Include Short ETFs under agency jurisdiction.
