Having ridden the Dendreon (DNDN) roller coaster of 4/28, I would like to say that while I don't think short selling is necessarily a bad thing, the practice is not exactly the healthiest thing for the markets when left unchecked. At this particular moment I am especially fond of item 2 in the temporary measures, the "proposed circuit breaker modified uptick rule".
