Reinstate the up-tick rule. I watch the market on many stocks every day and it is very obvious that some sare selling to effect price. I watched recently as someone sold 1.9 million shares at the last minute of trading to run the price of RGLD down over a dollar in one second. The average volume of this stock is 300k. No one does that to get the most for their stock. Do your damn job
