Hedge funds use all their resources focus on one stock at a time, attack it, raid it, rape it, and drive it down as much as possible, and profit from destroy equity market of a specific company.
Hedge funds need to disclose their short position same as other funds need to disclose their long positions. SEC protecting the illegal or criminal strategy by allowing hedge fund to not report their short position is truly incredible.
SEC is a government agency, but SEC has been acted more like Hedge funds protecting agency.
