I wish to put my 2 cents in on the reinstating of the uptick rule in stocks. This will go a long way in removing the controls from the ubbers (funds & the likes) and allow all to have a fair chance. I hope you do not stop here with improving the game for all. We need to have more transparency by making all hedge funds and major investment vehicles disclose what they are doing in the business of stocks and commodities.
