US stock market is the most corrupted in the world, due to unregulated shorting and naked shorting. This is especially true for small to medium size company. They are controlled by greedy hedgefund with the help of stock brokerage firm.
Naked shorting stocks should defintely be banned, and violator should be severely punished. (US is the most lenient to this kind of financial crime in the world, that's why all the big financial scam only happened in the US.)
