You simply have to address this illegal practice of 'Naked Shorting". It has brought many good companies to their knees, and indeed some have gone out of business. Exactly what are you folks doing there in Washington. At times it seems that you are on the side of those breaking the rules, instead of overseeing and protecting the shareholders. You must do your job.....finding those who are breaking the law, and then prosecuting....otherwise state your position and let everyone break the law Currently there is NOT a level playing field and those who are engaging in illegal trading practices have a very definite edge.
