Dear Chairwoman Schapiro,I am writing to state that I support the uptick rule and that this rule should NEVER have been changed.The rule was in place to serve a proper balance and a vital purpose in the free market mechanism and thus should be reinstituted.Thank you for positive consideration of this matter.
