This market is over run with the criminals and the manipulators which in my opinion are the same thing. They are running wild with no enforcement to speak of. Everyone is disgusted from the individual investors who have lost the most in this market from investments in their 401 and individual trades to cos that are being successful. The billionaire funds and traders who control vast sums of cash get to decide which way they want "any" stock in "any" co to go. The up tick rule if every implemented will help "some" But in my honest and truthful opinion the short selling needs to stop all together to make it a fair and even ground. I know, not going to happen, but needs to.
No matter how much good news comes out on this stock these markets makets from viewing level two screen are fraudley shorting this stock and trying to keep the price under a dollar so the company can be delisted. I am sick of wall street and if nothing is done i am going away for good after this. I plan on emailing the president tonight that the sec is doing nothing about all of the complanits that have been filed on behalf of this company.
