I support the reinstatement of the uptick rule. The retail investor has a right to protection from large,influencial financial groups using their own media outlets,through naked and unrestrained collusion,and the lack of government regulation to undermine the market value of a company, or market sector for profit.
Please vote to bring the uptick rule back to the markets.
