Dear Chairman Schapiro-
This letter is in reards to my strong support of the reinstatement of the original Uptick Rule. It is my belief that the absence of this regulation has give traders the ability to unfairly manipulate the market at the expense of so many average investors who have utilized the financial markets for their savings. I would like to thank you for the opportunity to voice my support for the original Utick Rule and look forward to your decision.
