Please reinstate the Uptick rule, UNMODIFIED.

Do not apply it under special circumstances.
Do not apply it to only specific stocks.
Do not apply it part-time.
Enforce this rule the same way, all the time.
 
2. Naked shorting is illegal and MUST BE PROSECUTED.
    
3. Resume and INCREASE ENFORCEMENT of these rules.
    
4. Apply serious enforcement BEFORE new regulations.
