Thank goodness you are finally taking steps to rein in this abusive practice again. Too bad it comes too late to help any of the helpless individual and retirement plan investors whose portfolios have been savaged by the many bear raids and manipulation schemes that have occurred in the last year. The SEC is going to have to do a lot more than this to regain any semblance of trust from the investors they were supposed to protect from illegal manipulation of the stock market.
