Stop dragging your feet. Reinstate the uptick rule the way it was before with out any modification. Stop dragging your feet. Hedge fund short sellers are not investors and you should stop listening to them. The common investors whom you are supposed to be protecting, wants you to reinstate the uptick rule. To reinstate the uptick rule means to restore it to how it was prior to July 2007 before the SEC removed it. Please restore the uptick rule to its original form.
