Dear Chairman Mary Schapiro,
Please reinstate the uptick rule. I have watched my employees shake their heads in disbelieve on how this has effected them. So much so, the few who do save for retirement have slowed down or stop saving. They have no faith in anything the comes out of the east coast. I have a small business in heating and cooling with eight employees and I am sad to say I am starting to believe this myself. Thank-you for your time...Patrick Casey ..Billings, Montana
