Regarding the short selling of stocks, I believe that the SEC should reinstate the uptick rule and ban "naked" short selling. In addition, the SEC should also examin double and triple leveraged ETFs and their role in the market. I am also in favor of more tranparency of credit default swaps and derivatives in general and regulation of hedge funds. I also would like to see a ban on purchasing credit default swaps without owning the underlying security ("naked" credit default swaps). Thank you, Susan J. Wathier, CFP
