I've been a serious investor for 30 years. The removal of the uptick rule has caused devasting
effects for individuals, funds, banks, and pensions. The biggest challenge the gov't has is
installing confidence in the system as NO ONE benefits from a rigged game. Please show some
leadership in reistating the uptick rule
