Dear Mary.....
Please reinstate the uptick rule ASAP. Many of us Americans are going down financially right now. And we won't go alone, we'll pull the whole tablecloth covered with dishes off the table as we go. There won't be anything for the government, corporations or anyone else.
Better get cracking, since the SEC has mostly blown it. Thanks,
