It is very important to reinstate the uptick rule on a permanent basis. I have been an investor in the market
for over 20 years, and have never witnessed such irresponsible behaviour, as has been exhibited not just
by bank executives, but also short term traders who are
manipulating the market, market and equity investors
have unfairly been treated by such swings. I say reinstitute the rule.
