Here we go again.
Another request for an opinion letter regarding Regulation SHO? Hell we've written enough letters already.
I'll keep this one short this time.
What was so @###@@# important regarding the outrageous selling of CMKX shares that the SEC is keeping a secret for the CMKX shareholders for all this years now.
Close the case, report to the shareholders. Do your job.
