and now bank dark pools...because it allows algorithm trading platforms to operate better.
Markets are rigged and you can't stop it at this point ....it's gotten way beyond your control, authority and ability to regulate in my opinion.
A retail investor has no chance other than pure luck..fundamentals dont matter...
