Dear SEC,
Thank you for all of your hard work this year. I commend your efforts to assist our nation in this financial crisis.
I would, however, like to draw your attention to an area of the financial markets that needs to be changed: after hours trading. When considering how to make the rules for the market of the 21st century, please consider doing away with the after-hours market. Post-market, after-hours-market, and pre-market trading is a game for professional traders that often burns individual traders. As an individual trader, I often see large gains or losses made during this time that hurt my investments during the day-time. I believe that the gamesmanship should be taken out of the market, and the after-hours market should be closed.
