Dear SEC....something must be done about the "Up-Tick Rule". Why was it ever done away with, when it worked for 70 + years ?! Just one more computer manipulative tool to ruin the integrity of the Stock Markets. Without TRUST, how will the Citizens of this Country support American Companies, which create jobs for our people. Trust IS at the core of our economy.Change what is wrong. Do it NOW.... Sincerely, Viv.
