Dear SEC,
I demand this rule be passed, naked shorting must be completely stopped and made illegal. Stop hiding the term naked shorting with the term toxic assets. Shorting stocks in a times of tragedy like Sept 11, 2001 and in the current financial crisis must be stopped.
I demand this rule be implemented as naked shorting has destroyed CMKX diamonds when it traded, CMKX was a stock that was naked shorted in the hundreds of billions and revoked .
I do ask for an early resolution of the Up-tick rule to fix the damage produced to the stock market, with thousands of small and medium cap companies closing and millions of workers sent to home.
