Now that I have lost about sixty percent of our retirement savings, and now must seek re-employment after having worked and saved over forty five years-thanks SEC, you folks are really on the ball.
I read with great interest your 273 page proposal, somewhere in there it sort of re-instates the up-tick rule, that document just opens the door for more scams.
Just reinstate the up-tick rule, stop your self important self agrandizing tinkering.
