I am a small individual stock market investor and wish to urge the commission to rescind Rule 201 of Regulation SHO under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and to reinstate the uptick Rule 10a to prevent 'short sellers' from destroying or causing further impacts to the stock market. I heartily endorse the opinion expressed by John Cramer, 'that reintroducing the uptick rule would help stabilize the banking sector' and will certainly help instill market confidence.
