I would like to see the reinstatement of the Uptick Rule. It requires traders to wait for a stock to tick up in price before they could sell it short. Since the rule has been repealed, Traders who shorts have been able to manipulate the stocks of good, financail sound companies and drive prices down to artificially low levels.

I am a private citizen and I feel the Hedge Funds and other professionals are given huge advantages over ordinary people like myself who are managing our Retirement Accounts. If the SEC fails to act in the best interest of all investors, then peopel like myself, will look at other investment alternatives than the Stock Market.

Thank you.
