Wall Street Greed has disrupted the retirement of millions of Americans. Hedge Fund Naked Short Selling has brought down many companies and wiped out retirement investments. It is time to level the playing field and reinstitute former Rule 10a-1 (The Uptick Rule) and regulate hedge funds.
